Jefferson County Citizens for Economic Preservation
Jefferson County Citizens for Economic Preservation, JCCEP, is a membership organization. The organization represents land owners and land use professionals operating in Jefferson County, WV. Farmers, Law firms, Engineering firms, lending institutions, developers, business owners and individuals give us a broad range of interests and expertise to draw from.
The organizational goals are to be informed and pro-active in local land use and community issues. Protection of land rights and quality of life are what this organization is about. Planned economic and residential growth for community enhancement is vital. Participation and support of social needs is also required. Our members contribute tens of thousands of dollars to local social activities annually and millions of dollars toward public infrastructure needs.
It is vital that members of the community share information that will determine the county’s future. Vigilance in the local legislative process and positive input from a broad base of interests will ensure a home we can all be proud of for generations to come.
Fulfilling the American Dream of family financial security with jobs, quality of life and home ownership is the ultimate collective activity of our membership.
